 When you list your home with Lydia Pollard,
Keller Williams Real Estate Associates,
I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE the following:

1.  If at any time during the listing period, prior to receiving and 
accepting an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, you decide to 
remove your property from the market, either temporarily or 
until the end of the listing period, it will be taken off the        market IMMEDIATELY.

2. If at any time prior to entering into an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, you feel that the promises I have made to you have not been fulfilled and, after 24 hours of being informed of your concern, I have not resolved the situation to your complete satisfaction, your listing can be assigned IMMEDIATELY to another Realtor.

3. If your home is not sold during the listing period you will pay 
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for my services.

4. If you purchase a home through me, and decide within your first 90 days of ownership that you are not TOTALLY HAPPY with it, I will list and re-sell it for you and charge you ABSOLUTELY 
NOTHING for my services. You pay only the co-operating broker’s 
portion of the commission
